Can someone please help me with makeup application???

I used to have very bad acne so it left my face with dark scars they are smooth (not indented or raised) but very very dark and I have ALOT of them. Im trying to lighten them using a cream my dermatologist perscribed but in the mean time I want to know how to apply make up to cover them. even full coverage (dermablend) doesnt work but when I use conceler it seems to look worse? Am I just applying it wrong? can someone give me some tips?Can someone please help me with makeup application???
When using the concealer put some on a q-tip and spread over area. Then apply your foundation and powder overtop. MAC's coverups and powders have always worked for me. They are a bit pricey but the give even coverage and look pretty natural. Good Luck!Can someone please help me with makeup application???
Go out and buy tru blend powder foundation in your skin tone, i use classic ivory.





if your skin is dry put on nivea soft cream before you apply the foundation. use the small sponge and put on the foundation evenly on your skin, and more on places where you need it. i find that it covers great.





then put on almay blush with a big powder brush in circular motions (while you are smiling). if you have porcelain skin like me, use the peach colour, if you have a little more tan skin you can use a bronzer or a pink if you are inbetween.





then put on 2 coats lash exact mascara in black or brown, and line the bottom of your eye with liquid liner.





and lastly put on some cover girl fruit spritzers lip gloss in guava splash...it smells great and keep lips soft all day.





if you skin is oily, bring the foundation and if you feel the oil during the day you can dab a bit more on.

Are you using a concealer stick or a liquid concealer?
most likely, you're applying the wrong shade of concealer, i did that for a while when i just started wearing makeup lol


anyway, try using


Almay smart shade foundation


Almay concealer


Almay nearly naked powder.
