we were planning on going to belk before we go to the shoot,
but i was wondering..she said that if you go they will do your makeup for $50 but you get to keep everything they use, but i was looking at previous questions and they said its free and no need to buy anythingBelk makeup application?
idk go to the mall and theyll do it free it think
