I have Shadow Stylist Eye Shadow. I wanna apply it so I don't look insane but still so people can see it. I have glasses so sometimes I apply more. Help. All I wear is foundation, eye shadow and mascara.Makeup Application?
Line your eyes underneath at the lash line, with a dark shade of shadow, and the top, if it compliments you. beforehand you can lighten your eyes with concealer if you have darkness around them. After I put my glasses on I usually end up taking some off, so I don't look overdone.Makeup Application?

I would, apply a small amount using an applicator, either to the outside corners of your eyes, or across the top line of lashes, like you would liquid eyeliner.
use a brush to apply it..almost like a blush brush but much smaller..it makes a HUGE diffrence..it looks much more natural and better.And you can buy the brushes at walmart or target for really cheap..well worth it.
