Good tips on makeup for me, and application instructions?

i have green-grey eyes(shape=mix between round and almond), and a ';natural ivory'; skin tone(maybe slightly lighter, and i was wondering if anyone had any ideas for makeup for me, i have been told that i have a round face shape, i have my picture as my profile pics, i need colors, tips for application, and brands, for all face makeup ideas for me. thank you!Good tips on makeup for me, and application instructions?
i think that essential make-up products you need are:


GREAT LASH MASCARA: makes your eyes go WOW (pink and green tube, walmart $%26gt;4)


GREY/BROWN EYELINER: black is too dark sometimes. grey would probably go best with your greish green eyes. brown and grey look lighter and more natural. (walmart! $%26gt;3 per stick)


WET N' WILD EYESHADOW: they have many two color sets of eyeshadow, which is perfect so you can blend/layer whatever you want. I'd go for a green combo. but expriement!(walmart $5ish)


FOUNDATION: Go to khols for a cheaper, 12.50, all natural one, they have many colors you can test to find your skin tone. i use a little lotion, then rub on a little powder foundation that matches my skin tone!





APPLICATION::


mascara: go SLOW. dont blink. let your top eyelashes dry before doing bottom ones.


eyeliner: slow. not heavy. one thin line, or thick line smudged(my fave) right above you bottom lashes.


eyshadow: start with the applicationt tool flat, covered in the eyeshadow at the edge of your eye nearest your nose, and stroke to the tip at the opposite edge.


foundation: a little lotion, then rub on!
