I am currently doing a project on Era makeup and I am assigned to the 90's unfortunately I have been unable to find anything worth using, if anyone would be able to give me any type of information that would be greatly appreciatedWhat would a step by step application of makeup in the 90's be?
We were big on the black eyeliner, blue was out and peach tones were the thing for eye shades, foundation was a real problem for a lot of girls, it was always noticeable, and pinks for the lips, I'm not real sure how step by step you want but application hasn't changes too much over time just colors over time.
