A lot of department store makeup counters will do a free makeover just to try to get you to buy makeup, but some won't do it unless you buy a minimum amount.
If you're looking for a specific occasion, I would go get a free one for fun and then maybe ask how much it would cost for a certain day.
well, i went black friday shopping, and my friend and i wanted to get it done. we went to the chanel counter(which was stupid cause we're only thirteen and cant afford their crap) and they said that it was free with the purchase of two of their products. im not sure about other places, but i thinks thats pretty much standard procedure
it depends on the quality..but if you schedule an appointment at sephora they'll give you one free!!
