The problem with using a regular compressor is that you need to be able to control the pressure. When airbrushing make-up you need to dial the pressure waaaay down so that you have just a ';mist'; of product that lays down on the client's skin. If you want to spend more time airbrushing and less time unclogging and cleaning your airbrush you'll need airbrush foundation. They are specially formulated for the mode of application and are easily cleaned up. Regular make-up, even thinned down is a nightmare when put through your airbrush.

Tried it but it did not work out. You do not need to even go through the same hassle. Look into Sally Hansen's airbrush foundation. The product is not as good as it is supposed to be-
