Well,

i go a little overboard. and take hours

but! for someone who wants to do something simple like you,

this is really easy to do in the morning in 5 minutes.

Okay, so since you have foundation you should definitely use it. Even if you do not have any other makeup on, foundation will make you look a ton better. (but make sure you have the right shade!)

After the foundation, use concealer on any dark/red spots or acne. ALWAYS use it AFTER foundation so it doesn't smudge!

Since you have brown eyes, a green eyeshadow would look great on your eyes. Wet your eyeshadow brush if you want it to be more dramatic. Also add a little bit of brown or black eyeliner %26amp; mascara to top of the look.

Add with a little lipgloss.

If u have a nice complexion all I would use is a bronzer on my face. If not I would go with a Neutrogena foundation, much better for the skin, u would prolly need a medium based on yur olive skin tone. I would go natural on the eyes, light shadows and mascara. Purples, Greens, Whites, Grays. I would also go with a pink or peach lip gloss. Try not to hide yur own natural beauty but instead enhance it.
Try watching What Not To Wear for Carmindy's how-to make-up application portion of the show. Also, here is her site: http://carmindy.com/ . There are some tips on there.

Personally, I use Bare Minerals...the stuff is amazing. If you have a mall near you that has a a Bare Minerals/Bare Escentuals store go there and have them show you how to apply the make-up; that's what I did and I'm sooo glad I did. Also, a Sephora store can show you how to apply make-up too...but I would suggest trying to make it to a Bare Minerals/Escentuals store first.
make-up is not needed for school even if you are a senior. i'm 17 and i'm about to finish my last year at high school. the only time i wore make-up all year was on school photo day. in fact there are about 2 people in my year that wear make-up to school. its about learning not about looking good and comparing your make-up with other people.
mascara, blush, some eyeliner on your TOP lids, not the bottom [it looks great but is discrete and dainty] and some golish brownish shimmery eye shadow, nothing heavy just shimmer

this is a great natural look, you wont look too done-up or fake. its what i use daily !

mascara is what puts it all together tho

good luck!
Basic make-up routine must cover your blemishes and dark circles (if you have any) and make your face look brighter. Things you'll need are-a camouflage cream

lip gloss

kohl

mascara

blush
